Run by people who are truly passionate about their region, they are committed to highlighting local traditions – from the décor to the speciality dishes and the atmosphere. Every week, Yoann Conte and Norbert Tarayre will visit a different region to sample the cuisine of eight restaurateurs. Every day, two restaurants will go head to head!
