Ancient myth keeps Diana and Minerva apart, until this film brings them together in the unlikely setting of a pink kitchen in an '80s Mexican villa. Reimagined as two contemporary women, they speak through fragmentary voice mails that blur personal pain, natural-world anxieties and the erosion of civility.
