Overview
After fleeing her abusive husband, Noriko finds refuge in a secluded shelter for women abused by spouses or parents. At first it seems like a safe haven, but she soon discovers its dark secret: the shelter “liberates” its residents by arranging mutual contract killings between the women. As Noriko struggles with whether to stay or leave, detective Kaoru—herself trapped in an abusive marriage—closes in on a string of suspicious deaths, and the fragile balance inside the shelter begins to collapse.
