Biography

Dean Komondorea was born and raised a New Yorker. His grandparents arrived at Ellis Island during the 1920's after sailing across the seas from a small town in Greece, named Skoura, sitting on a crate of olives. Like most Greeks, he comes from a line of family-owned businesses. His grandparents were Chocolatiers, where he loved dipping the candies in the melted chocolate basin and watching them make all sorts of candies and ice cream. Dean grew up in a Mom and Pop diner working and pulling pranks on their customers. He is enjoying his life's journey and thrilled to bring all his experiences to the characters he plays. He treats each day as a gift and wishes we all take the time to find the hidden treasures it brings.
